This is the first test of my new home made intervalometer for my Nikon D70. Made from an intervalometer connected to a Nikon Infrared remote control. Total cost of only £29.99, the D70 DSLR does not have the additional remote shutter release control that the D70S has so I came up with a cheap "almost off the shelf" solution to the problem. Full details of how to make this will follow soon. This will work on just about any camera that has a remote control not just the Nikon D70 ! Since building this I have found that you can actually get an intervalometer that will do the job BUT its over £90 and does not look as nice as this one. Also my rig can be used on ANY remote. I shot this sequence through my front window and did not clean the glass very well as you can see, this is just a test to prove my rig does actually work reliably and it does !
